The country boasts the highest property tax revenues among OECD nations, with projections indicating that over 3.5 percent of GDP will come from property taxes in 2024. Furthermore, authorities have recently raised the national threat level to ‘substantial’, indicating that a terrorist attack is considered highly likely.
